Thank you for your interest and support!! Pearl is a custom 40% keyboard that can easily be fully programmed. It features a weighted high profile case with blocked corners, a custom PCB and many anodization options. This product will be purchased via a group buy, meaning that you are pre-ordering it and funding it at the same time. After the group buy closes, all payments will be sent off to purchase all aspects of the Pearl. It will take a few months for production, at which point they will all be shipped to me, and i will package them and ship out to you.

Quality Control

Making a perfect board is not an easy process and there are many steps involved. The boards have to be made, finished, anodized, shipped, unpacked, repacked and shipped again. The PCBS have sensitive components on them as well. As such, I assume many boards will not pass my quality control. I will try my best to manage each step of the process and assure that you get a board you are happy with.

Return/Refund Policy

If you joined the group buy, you will not be refunded after it ends. I will allow anyone to sell their spot however. That means that if you find someone to take your spot, they can pay me and I can refund you back and ownership is transferred. Transaction fees will reduce the amount of money you get back. If you really want your money back, I suggest emailing me with a detalied message as to what you would like to do, and i'll try my best to work with you.

The timeline is not accurate, only an estimate based on talks with my production crew. The colors vary during anodizing and the renders seen here are accurate, but not exact matches to the colors you might receive.

    The PCB Layout

    The PBC has 13 columns and 4 rows. Minimum of 40 keys, maximum of 44 keys. The spacebar, right shift and backspace can all be split.

    How to program the PCB with Bootmapper client?

    1. Download bootmapper client. Windows - Macintosh
    2. Unzip and run the program
    3. While your board is plugged in, edit any options and when finished, click upload.
    4. If you get connection errors, try using a separate cable.
